Connecting your Etsy shop
ZEUS reads your shop through Etsy's official OAuth flow, with read-only permissions. It can see your listings' views, favourites and sales; it can never create, edit or delete anything.
Step by step
Open Settings, Connected accounts
In the dashboard, from the left menu.
Click connect and authorize on Etsy
You land on Etsy's own authorization page. Read what it asks for: ZEUS requests read-only scopes.
Wait for the first capture
ZEUS takes a daily snapshot of your listings. The first one arrives within minutes; the history builds from there.
Disconnect whenever you want
Same screen. Disconnecting stops the capture; what was already measured stays in your account until you ask for it to be deleted.

Can ZEUS change something in my shop?
No. The permissions requested are read-only, so there is no technical route for it to publish, edit or delete anything, not even by mistake.
Do I have to connect my shop to use ZEUS?
No. Market research works without it. Connecting adds your own results to the loop: what you published, what it did, and whether it matched the forecast.
Is my sales data used to train an AI?
No. It is stored in ZEUS's own database and read when you ask a question, like an analyst consulting an archive. No model is trained or fine-tuned on it.
