ZEUS AI ("the Service") is a subscription-based, read-only analytics dashboard for online sellers. It shows you the performance of your own shop, generates suggestions for your own products, and provides aggregate market statistics derived from public listing data retrieved through the official Etsy Open API v3.
Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid. When we refund a payment and when we do not is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service is read-only and cannot modify your shop.
ZEUS AI labels every figure as measured or estimated and reports confidence levels. Suggestions and predictions are informational, not guarantees of sales or ranking. You are responsible for your business decisions.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time. If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEUS AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you reside.
