Terms of Service
The service
ZEUS AI ("the Service") is a subscription-based, read-only analytics dashboard for online sellers. It shows you the performance of your own shop, generates suggestions for your own products, and provides aggregate market statistics derived from public marketplace data.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You may only link or connect an Etsy shop that you own or are authorized to manage, and only upload the sales files of that shop.
- You can unlink or disconnect your shop, or cancel your subscription, at any time.
Acceptable use
- The Service is for your own business decision-making. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
- You may not use the Service to violate Etsy's Terms of Use or any applicable law.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid. When we refund a payment and when we do not is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service is read-only and cannot modify your shop.
Honest-data disclaimer
ZEUS AI labels every figure as measured or estimated and reports confidence levels. Suggestions and predictions are informational, not guarantees of sales or ranking. You are responsible for your business decisions.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time. If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEUS AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Etsy

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you reside.
