ZEUS AI ("we", "us") is an analytics service for Etsy sellers operated at

Data we collect
Account data: your email address and login credentials when you create an account.
Your shop data (with your consent): when you connect your Etsy shop
through Etsy's official OAuth flow, we access read-only information about your own shop
and listings (titles, tags, prices, views, favorites, and — if you grant it — your own
sales figures). We only request read-only permissions and never request buyer personal data.
Public marketplace data: aggregate statistics derived from publicly
available listing information retrieved through the official Etsy Open API v3
(competition counts, price ranges, favorite counts). We never scrape websites.
How we use it
To show you your own shop's performance over time.
To generate suggestions (SEO, pricing, timing) for your own products. AI suggestions
are generated on demand from your data; we never use Etsy data to train AI models.
To compute aggregate, anonymized market statistics.
What we never do
We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
We never write to your shop — the service is strictly read-only.
We never access or store buyer personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our own cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud) with encryption in
transit (TLS) and access restricted to authenticated sessions. OAuth tokens are stored
server-side and are never exposed to browsers or third parties.
Retention and deletion
We retain your shop data while your account is active so we can show you historical
trends. You can disconnect your shop at any time (which revokes our access) and request
full deletion of your stored data by emailing us; we will complete deletion within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
